All of our lunch menus are nutritionally analyzed in weekly increments with a specialized nutritional analysis software. Key nutritional parameters such as calories, total fat, calories from fat, saturated fats and key nutrients such as proteins and fiber are measured for USDA compliance in a week’s menus.
Lunchtime Solutions’ Dedicated Compliance Manager
Heather Wahl, Lunchtime Solutions’ Safety and Compliance Manager, works with schools to ensure all our food service programs meet all USDA, state and local guidelines, health codes and regulations. Heather also works directly with our chefs, Culinary Teams and Operations Management Teams.
Heather graduated in 2004 from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in dietetics and has been an important piece of the Lunchtime team for over a decade.
