Lunchtime Solutions’ President, Tammy Coyle, loves Italian food, but what really makes her say Mamma Mia is putting her 25 years of financial expertise to work to ensure our schools always have the freshest, healthiest foods.
Tammy started as Lunchtime Solutions’ Director of Operations. She was responsible for overseeing operations at schools throughout the Midwest and had a team of over 840 employees. In her present role as Lunchtime Solutions’ President she provides strategic financial leadership and supports our company’s continuing growth.
Tammy graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration — Accounting. Whenever she can get away, you’ll find her at the lake sharing good times with family, friends and her fur babies, Buddy and Leo.
Nebraska City Public Schools appreciates the partnership we have with Lunchtime Solutions. This contracted service has been a positive experience for our district. We are fortunate to have a tremendous manager that communicates, works hard, and ensures that all students are provided for.
Through this partnership we have been able to maintain a balance in our lunch fund that allows the district to address mechanical and equipment issues in the kitchens. We are very pleased with this relationship.
