Zach Grant
Director of Finance
It has been said that drummers can do five different things all at once, keeping the groove steady. Zach Grant, Director of Finance, proves this statement in all aspects of his life. At Lunchtime, he keeps the beat as a strategic thought partner, manages all high-level financials with managerial accounting, completes operations metrics, provides exception reporting, and oversees information technology (IT).
Zach completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting at the University of Nebraska-Omaha and worked in banking and public accounting, earning his CPA license. Zach spent a good amount of time doing school financial audits and financial reporting, which has served him well at Lunchtime Solutions.
Zach joined Lunchtime Solutions in 2021 as Financial Controller and now serves as our Director of Finance. Zach is all about collecting data and using it to make decisions that are good for Lunchtime and our schools.
On Sundays, Zach and his family can be found at Central Baptist, where he plays the drums in the church band and directs the flow of the service. Zach’s family includes 5 children — he spends a lot of time counting heads and wondering where that last kid is. As a family, they like to play card games, roast marshmallows over fires, go on hikes, and read old books.
The capacity of Lunchtime Solutions to provide training and development to the right individuals has been one of the most rewarding aspects of our experience. Watching team members grow, thrive, and succeed in their roles has been incredible to see and is a testament to their commitment to fostering a positive culture while delivering healthy and delicious food options and an exceptional experience for our school.
